What happens during the visit?
1. Understanding your needs
Our Product Specialist discusses what you're hoping to improve, including heat, glare, UV, privacy or security, and asks which rooms or times of day are most affected.
2. Assessing your windows
Not every film is suitable for every type of glass. We assess the relevant windows, glazing configuration, size, orientation and installation conditions to recommend suitable products. Learn more about what glass types can be tinted.
3. Discussing film options
We explain suitable products and their appearance and performance differences, and show film samples where appropriate.
4. Taking measurements
We measure the relevant windows and note access requirements, existing film and unusual glazing to prepare an accurate written quotation.
How should I prepare?

What happens after the visit?
Our Product Specialist will prepare a tailored recommendation and written quotation based on the windows assessed and film options discussed. The quotation is sent by email so you can review the proposed film, scope and price and ask any questions before deciding to proceed.
