Before taking over UV Window Coatings, Khoa spent over a decade working across international business and law, from top-tier law firms in Melbourne and Asia to executive roles at fast-growth companies across the region. That background gave him a sharp eye for operations, a genuine approach to client relationships, and a clear sense of what it takes to build a business worth trusting.

As Director, Khoa oversees the day-to-day running of UV Window Coatings and is focused on one thing above all else: making sure every client gets the right solution and a smooth experience from start to finish. He's hands-on, straightforward to deal with, and takes real pride in the work the team delivers.

With 29+ years of experience in the window film industry (since 1997), Deborah is the knowledge backbone of UV Window Coatings. As our Products Specialist, she conducts thorough on-site glass testing and assessments to understand exactly what each space needs before a single recommendation is made.

From evaluating glass type and sun exposure to identifying heat, glare and UV challenges specific to the property, Deborah brings a level of diagnostic rigour that ensures the right film solution is matched to every job. She takes the time to really listen, and clients consistently leave their consultations with confidence that what's been recommended will perform and last.

Brendan has been perfecting the art of window film installation since 2016, and his dedication to getting every job right shows in everything he does. As UV Window Coatings' Head Installer since 2022, he is responsible for all on-site operations, setting the standard for quality, precision and professionalism that every installation is measured against.

Brendan also plays a key role in training and mentoring the installation team, ensuring that the high bar he holds himself to carries through to every project, big or small.

Steve joined UV Window Coatings in 2025, bringing with him two years of experience in the flooring industry and a natural eye for detail that made the move to window film installation an easy one.

Trained hands-on by Head Installer Brendan Bayliss and Products Specialist Deborah Lay, Steve quickly earned his place as a trusted member of the team. His care on the job, attention to finish quality and eagerness to learn have made him a reliable presence on site and someone clients feel at ease having in their home or workplace.
