Fade and heat reduction for apartments in Melbourne

The objective of this project was to reduce heat entering the apartment and protect the furnishings from sun damage. The client did not want to lose any light.
We achieved 59% heat reduction, 99.9% UV blocking and 97% infrared reduction. Once installed, the film was almost undetectable to the naked eye.
An added bonus for the client: the film is undetectable from both the exterior and interior. Many Melbourne apartments have owners-corporation rules prohibiting any colour change to the building's exterior, by using a high-grade product like 3M Prestige 70, all requirements were met.
